  • 1 pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)

  • 2 lbs beef chuck roast
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 2 carrots (chopped)
  • 2 potatoes (cubed)
  • 1 onion (sliced)
  • 3 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  2. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, honey, cinnamon, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
  3. Rub half of the seasoning onto the pork chops and set them aside.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, toss the sweet potatoes and apple slices with the remaining seasoning.
  5. Arrange the sweet potatoes and apples in a single layer on the Pro-Heat Pan.
  6. Place the pork chops on top of the potatoes and apples so the juices will drip down and flavor them.
  7. Place the pan into the oven and roast for 25-30 minutes, flipping the pork chops halfway through.
  8. Check if the pork chops are fully cooked (internal temperature should be 145°F or 63°C).
  9. Once done, remove from the oven and let the meat rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  10. Serve hot with a drizzle of extra honey for added sweetness!

6. Pork Carnitas Tacos

Prep Time: 20 minutes | Preheat Time: 10 minutes | Serves: 6

These crispy, flavorful pork carnitas are cooked until they’re perfectly tender, then crisped up for that authentic taco shop taste!

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs pork shoulder (cut into chunks)
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup lime juice
  • 3 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp chili powder

  2. Place the pork chunks in a mixing bowl and rub with cumin, chili powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Pour the orange juice, lime juice, and minced garlic over the pork and mix well.
  4. Place the pork in a Pro-Heat Pan and add to the oven. Smoke for 3 hours, turning the pork halfway through.
  5. Once the pork is fork-tender, remove it from the oven and shred it with two forks.
  6. Switch to the Max Roast function and increase the heat to 450°F (230°C).
  7. Spread the shredded pork on the pan and roast for 10 minutes to crisp up the edges.
  8. Warm the corn tortillas in the oven for 1-2 minutes.
  9. Fill each tortilla with crispy pork, then top with cilantro, onions, and queso fresco.
  10. Serve with lime wedges and enjoy!

7. Garlic Herb Chicken Thighs with Potatoes and Carrots

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Preheat Time: 20 minutes | Serves: 4

This one-pan meal is a perfect balance of juicy chicken, crispy potatoes, and sweet roasted carrots with a garlicky herb butter.

  8. Once done, let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.

8. Herby Rice

Prep Time: 5 minutes | Preheat Time: 10 minutes | Serves: 4
