Ingredients:

  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 green apple
  • 1 lemon
  • 1-inch ginger root
  • 1 celery stalk

Instructions:

  1. Start by washing the spinach, cucumber, apple, and celery thoroughly.
  2. Cut the cucumber, apple, and celery into smaller pieces to fit into the Ninja juicer’s feed chute.
  3. Peel the ginger and cut it into smaller chunks as well.
  4. Add the spinach first, followed by the cucumber, apple, celery, and ginger.
  5. Squeeze the lemon juice into the mixture for an extra zing.
  6. Juice everything, making sure to press down with the tamper if needed.
  7. Stir and serve!
