Italian Salad Dressing “Mix”

Here is a great way to have a constant, unending source of perfectly balanced Italian salad dressing. Keep it in a tightly-sealed jar and whip some up in a hurry any time you run out.  I like to use an old dressing jar as it’s always the right size, and it fits well in the door of the refrigerator.

Experiment with your own tweaks and adaptations and create your own, one-of-a-kind dressing to give as gifts or as your signature dish to bring to potlucks and parties.
