There is nothing quite like a perfectly ripe avocado. Pure, creamy, and fresh. You can serve this guacamole with fresh corn chips, as a dip for vegetables, or alongside any favorite Mexican food dish. Guacamole, at its best, should be very quick, very simple, and eaten until it’s gone. It’s just not as good on the 2nd day.

1 ripe avocado, mashed
1-2 T freshly-squeezed lime or lemon juice
S & P to taste

  • As soon as the avocado has been mashed, add the lemon or lime juice and stir well.
  • Season with salt & pepper, and serve.
